Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order we're here to help! We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or is incorrect. You can return the product for store credit or different product.

Exceptions

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be refunded for store credit or exchanged
  • For orders that are damaged, incorrect, or were not delivered in the designated time frame contact angelz.x.inc@gmail.com with the name on the order, order number, and if applicable a picture of the damaged/ incorrect item.

Processing

Please allow 7 days from when your dispute was created to process your refund, or exchange. You will receive an email once your dispute has been processed.
